This procedure shows how to reset the lost password for the Heivision branded cameras (models that start with: AR-IPXXX). Follow these steps:
1. Connect the camera to the network (switch, router) and power it via PoE or power adapter.
2. Download here the configuration tool AjDevTools and install it in your computer. Run the software.
3. Click Start Search on top to scan the network for online cameras.
4. Select the cameras you need to recover the password. Click Batch Reset.
5. After that the camera will reboot and will come online again. The login credentials on the camera will be; username: admin and password: 123456.
